Machine pull-ups, funds, abs and flexions.
It is recommended for domestic use. A great design that allows us to train several exercises and strengthen different muscle groups. It's exercises with your body weight. It is a very good machine to install in your home and assemble your home gym personal.
What could I do? Breast flexions on the floor, chest/trieps in parallels, pull-ups in the bar, abdominals (leepings for lower zone).
