Another of our machines exercises for triceps. It's comfortable. press machine allows a vertical push movement focusing all the effort on triceps. 

It is advisable to include this machine in your gym for good congestion and isolation work. In addition, the device simulates the movement of the classic funds in parallel, so it goes very well for those amateur users who can still not make funds properly.
