9-HOW TO CARRY OUT THE PURCHASE PROCESS:

10-PRICING POLICY:


At Depor Trainer we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. The prices marked on the products include VAT / taxes. The products you see in the showcase do not include the price of:
-deliveries (unless otherwise indicated).
-other charges and fees or customs payments that may be applicable. In this case they would be paid by the customer.

-OFFERS: the offers that we present on the web are subject to the conditions specified therein and depend on the availability of the product.

11- SHIPPING:


Standard shipping costs for the entire Peninsula are 7.02 € (some products may have a higher freight that will be specified at the time of purchase). Shipments to areas outside the peninsula, including the islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) and the territories of Ceuta and Melilla may have additional charges to be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to change the price of shipping costs if the conditions of the shipping agencies change or for any other reason.
Shipping will be included in the price for purchases over 100 € within Spain peninsula.
Depor Trainer ships to all the Peninsula. We are committed, according to our possibilities, to process shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. However, please note that some products may not be available for shipment to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We will specify this when necessary.

-International shipments: we ship internationally. For this you will have to contact us through our contact form, whatsapp or email address and we will make you a personalized quote. Normally the international shipment entails surcharges on the shipping costs that will have to be paid by the customer. These surcharges on the price will depend on the type of product and the area to which it has to be sent. Not all of our products will be available for international shipping. Any applicable customs charges will be borne by the customer.


12-FORMS OF PAYMENT:


For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
-Bank transfer.
-PayPal.
-Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

We guarantee your privacy. Depor Trainer does not have access to the data of cards or customer accounts. Our payment methods are based on the SSL standard, we guarantee the total confidentiality of your data.

PayPal: when using this payment method, our platform directs payments directly through PayPal servers. It only informs us of the payment but NOT the numbers, codes or passwords.

Customers who do not have a PayPal account have the possibility to use PayPal to pay with their bank card. To do so, instead of inserting your username and password you can select the box below: "pay by card".

International shipments will have to be paid by bank transfer. The products specified for an amount greater than 300 € must also be paid by bank transfer.

13-DELIVERY TIMES:


Without prior payment we will not be able to access the requested product and therefore to process the shipment. When we receive your payment correctly, we begin to process the shipment.
As a general rule, the delivery time for domestic shipments to the Peninsula is 2 to 5 working days after shipment. Shipments will be prepared within 48 hours of payment.

They will deliver your order at any time of the day, without specifying times.
These delivery times may sometimes vary depending on the product and location of the customer. In addition, international shipments and those destined for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have longer delivery times.

The delivery times we provide are for information purposes only and may be subject to change.

We do not accept order cancellations, nor do we pay compensation or freight refunds in cases where your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control.

14-TRANSMISSION OF RISKS:


The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you as the customer from the time the products are delivered to you at the address you indicated for that order.
We shall not be liable in the event that the customer or third parties cause direct or indirect damage as a result of the use of products, accidents, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings.


15-GUARANTEES, CLAIMS AND RETURNS:

-Claim of missing product: if your order is missing a product you will have to communicate it within 24 hours after the delivery of the order at the latest. Report it immediately to info@deportrainer.com. Within this period you will have to communicate any incident in the transport. No claims will be accepted about missing products or about the state in which they were delivered after this period.

Important: orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during the purchase process. If you make a mistake when entering the address we will not be responsible for the failed delivery and you will have to face the surcharges in the postage that would result. We do not offer refunds/compensations for lost packages due to incorrectly provided or incorrect delivery addresses. Always check the delivery address and contact us immediately for any address errors.

-Returns: always check the measurements, compatibilities and options of the product you want to buy. At Depor Trainer we ensure that you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, we offer the legal deadline for returns which is 14 calendar days after you receive the order.
If you want to return a product simply because you do not like it or because you made a mistake when choosing the size or other options, you should know that you will have to pay the return shipping costs to the warehouses.

Most of the warehouses are in Spain, however, there are certain products that we ship from Germany. To do so, we can provide you with the address(es):

-We can provide you with the address(es) to which you should send the products you want to return yourself.

-We can send a collection agency to your address. You will have to agree with us the date and time you want the carrier to come by and print out a label which we will provide you with by e-mail. You will have to pay the cost of this service, which will vary depending on the weight and volume of the item to be returned:

● items between 1-2 kg returned to a warehouse on the Peninsula will cost approximately €8.
● items to warehouses in Germany: (shoes from weightlifting, belts from powerlifting and equipment branded Inzer, Eleiko. and other professional accessories from gym, weightlifting, powerlifting, etc.) will have an estimated return cost from 16.5 € for packages of 0.5-1 kg and between 23 € and 28 € for items of 2-3 kg (such as a pair of shoes, for example).

-Always check your order and make sure that everything is correct. Try on the products without removing the labels, don't get them dirty, don't break the packaging! In such cases we will not be able to accept the return. Check it as soon as you receive it and make sure everything is correct.

-Please note that some items are NOT RETURNABLE:
● Items that have been unsealed (e.g. a DVD or a book).

-We do not accept returns for services already rendered.


-In case of a refund due to a claim, you will have to provide us with the following information:

● Name and surname with which the order was placed.
● Photos of the product where you can see the damage.

● Reference code of the product or products.

description of the defect or reason for the claim.

-Once a return has been authorized, you must return the product as you received it: with its original packaging and the receipts/invoices included; otherwise the product will suffer a depreciation. If you have already opened the product, you must guarantee that the packaging, contents and accessories are in perfect condition. A return request will not be accepted if the packaging has been worn/damaged or the product and its accessories have deteriorated or have been used.

-Repack the product and tape the package securely.

-Write on the package: Depor Trainer, your name and surname, order reference number and your telephone number.

-We will provide you with the address to which you must send each product or a collection agency if you choose this option.

-When the package arrives back at the warehouse, the contents will be analyzed. If products are returned incomplete, damaged or in poor condition we will not accept your return.

-Once the products have been checked and verified that they are in perfect condition you will be refunded the original amount by the same means in which you paid (transfer, card or PayPal if applicable) within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.

-If you cancel the purchase, shipping costs will be borne by you as a customer. We have a withdrawal form that you can fill out.

-If you return a product because it has a defect, does not work properly or we have made a mistake in the shipment, we will pay the shipping costs.

-For returns due to size change: once the product is returned and you are refunded, simply place the order again selecting the new size.

RESOLUTIONS: if your product has a defect, we have sent it to you wrongly or you simply want to cancel the purchase you will have to communicate it to info@deportrainer.com as soon as possible and following the steps mentioned above. You will have to wait until we receive and resolve your return. We will contact you by email or phone.

Please note that we try to process all returns as quickly as possible, however the process can take up to 1 month approximately. You should contact us about any problems you detect at the time of delivery (defects, poor packaging, missing or damaged products). If you do not inform us, we will not accept claims.

-Warranty: Depor Trainer products benefit from the legal two-year warranty for new products. If you have any non-conformity with your product you must inform us within 2 months from the time you become aware of it. Although you must take into account that only if the defect or lack of conformity appears in the first 6 months we will understand that the problem or defect existed when the product was delivered. After this period you will have to prove otherwise. In order to prove that the problem was a manufacturing problem and not a consequence of misuse or the passage of time, you will have to request an expert appraisal at your expense to determine whether or not the problem was caused by misuse of the product. If the fault is proven to be a manufacturing fault, you will be able to benefit from the warranty.
We will send you the product for repair or replace it with a new one if deemed appropriate, unless this is objectively impossible or disproportionate. If the product cannot be repaired or if it is impossible to obtain another one, you will be able to choose a similar product (with non-identical characteristics).
The warranty does not cover those damages and flaws caused by negligence, blows, misuse or improper handling by the customer, including unsuitable voltage, improper installation, etc.. Nor does it cover those materials that are understood to be damaged by wear and tear due to normal and continuous use.
The covers to store products have the function of decorative material unless otherwise specified.
The customer shall be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for replacements, returns or repairs during the warranty period.

16-AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS:


We undertake to make every effort to meet delivery deadlines.
However, it may happen that a product listed as available in the online storefront is out of stock. In the event that an item is out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible and if you have already paid for the product we will refund you by the same means by which you paid for it. We can also recommend another product with similar characteristics (if available). In case you accept the new item we will refund you the difference (if cheaper), we will ask you to pay the missing amount (if more expensive) or we will keep the amount (if the price is similar to the one you bought). As a customer you understand and accept our conditions about the availability of the products.

17-DESIGN VARIATIONS:


We will make every effort to ensure that the products shipped are exactly the same as those offered on the platform. However, sometimes there may be small variations in colors or design that will not entitle the customer to cancel the order. Such variations depend on the product supplied by the manufacturers, although they will correspond to the type and model.

In addition, please note that the photos and images used in the promotion of the product may show certain accessories/components that are not included with the product.


18-CANCELLATION POLICY:


If you cancel orders that you have already confirmed on products that are available, we may require you to pay the shipping costs incurred, and we are not obliged to refund the amount. We may offer you a discount voucher for other purchases in this case.

20-APPLICABLE LEGISLATION:


United Kingdom legislation.

DeporTrainer Shop is a commercial intermediary service that connects domestic and foreign suppliers/warehouses with end customers through the DeporTrainer platform and brand. We are empowered to process payments, issue shipping orders, perform marketing and provide customer support. The customer accepts our sales system.
DeporTrainer does not have a physical store.


A.1. TERMS OF SALE: PROFESSIONAL GYM AND CARDIO MACHINES:

-Waiting period: 30 days for most machines. Depending on the type of machine, size of the order and available stock in the warehouse this period of preparation of the material can range from 3 to 60 days.

-Payment: 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the purchase. The rest of the payment will be required one day before the material leaves the warehouse to its place of delivery.

The income will be made by bank transfer, including your name and surname in the concept.

-how are the goods delivered?
As a general rule, the machines are sent disassembled. This facilitates its transport without damaging the product and the access to the installation (for example, if due to its volume the assembled machine does not fit through the door).
In the absence of the above mentioned disadvantages, certain machines can be shipped assembled on a pallet.

If requested, an agency can be sent to assemble the machine at your home or gym. This service will have an additional cost.

Any claim for damages during the assembly will have to be addressed to the mentioned agency.

-The purchase prices of the product include VAT.

-All the material has a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years.

-Returns: for any return of the product, it must be sent in perfect condition. The shipping costs of a return are at the customer's expense.

A.2. WARRANTY PERIOD:

-The material has a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years.
*You can contact us if you need to extend this warranty.
*The products of the second hand or used section only have 6 months warranty.
*With the warranty you can include an extra maintenance service for us to send technicians to visit and maintain your installation.
*It is possible to contract a plan for renewal and repurchase of the products you have purchased so that your installation is always up to date with new machines.

-This warranty period covers any type of defective part that exists in the product. It does NOT cover parts that have deteriorated or become damaged due to misuse of the product.
-If deemed appropriate, the damaged/damaged product will be replaced with a new one.

-Travel expenses caused by replacements, returns or repairs of the product will always be borne by the customer.

-The warranty does not cover parts that are damaged due to normal wear and tear (such as bicycle cranks, axles, pedals, cables, etc.) or damage caused by water or perspiration on computers.
-Products with manufacturing defects will not be charged for labor as long as they are under warranty.

Important: equipment recommended for domestic/semi-professional use that is installed in public facilities will not be covered by warranty.

Important: you must report any problems you find in the structure of the machine during the first 3 months after purchase. It is understood that after this time the structure could be affected due to misuse and the warranty will not cover the defect. When a machine has a structural problem, it usually appears in the first days of use. If the problem appears later, it is usually due to improper use, overexertion, excessive intensity, etc.


A.3. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS:
Certain products in our catalog require an electrical installation. For example, steam baths and saunas. All these products need to be checked periodically at least once a year. The revision can be done by a technician sent by us or by an electrician with sufficient qualification and knowledge about these products. Having the proper revision will not only prevent accidents but also extend the life of your products.
