Once you're more comfortable with operating the device, you can control the speed using the flat- treadmill 's patented Adaptive Speed Control system. About the operation of the automatic function, Jing tells me: "It works by detecting where on the tape the user is stepping on." If you approach the front, you will gradually increase the speed, if you approach the central part the speed remains constant, and if you approach the rear, the speed will gradually decrease. The sensitivity and speed with which the pace changes can be controlled within the application." I admit it took me a moment to adjust to how this feature worked, but once I turned it around, I really appreciated it being added.

I was never a fan of treadmills. But now I'm a convert. You can do a great job with them. It's silent. It's comfortable under your feet, and it's perfect for a brisk walk or a light jog.
