With EVA foam filler, they fit the shape of the knee effectively. Outside are covered with a hard plastic housing. They cushion blows and falls, and reduce the risk of knee injuries or damage to clothing. The bearings are mounted using two large rubber strips included, with Velcro closure. This allows a good fit and can also be worn and undressed. The size can be individually regulated to ensure a good fit.
